- Individual Membership:
Students ranging from 10th grade to the postgraduate level are eligible to apply for Student Membership with ERDA. This membership offers students the invaluable chance for continuous learning and the development of leadership qualities. Student members have the unique opportunity to engage in discussions and interactions with experts from diverse fields, providing valuable insights for their career development. Additionally, ERDA offers exclusive awards that student members can apply for.
Student members also have the privilege of attending National or International Workshops, Seminars, Conferences, and Training programs organized by ERDA, either for free or at a reduced cost. This allows students to further enrich their educational experiences.
- Institutional Membership:
Educational institutions, University Departments, Corporate Entities, Government or Non-government organizations interested in collaborating with ERDA to drive societal transformation may be considered for Institutional Membership. Representatives of these organizations can apply for membership through the application link provided on the website (please visit the “Apply for Membership” page). All membership applications received will be presented to the Executive Body for their evaluation by the General Secretary/Joint Secretary. The Executive Body will impartially assess the applications and may choose to accept or decline them without specifying a reason.
Institutional members are afforded the opportunity to coordinate Workshops, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), Seminars, Conferences, Training Programs, and other similar activities in collaboration with ERDA. Corporate members can also engage in corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities in partnership with ERDA and become stakeholders in ERDA’s social enterprises.
It is mandatory for applicants seeking Institutional Membership to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) duly endorsed by the head of their respective institution or organization. If the head of the institution or organization is personally applying for membership on behalf of their institute or organization, they must submit a formal application on their institution’s letterhead, complete with an official seal, addressed to the President of ERDA to request institutional membership.
- Honorary Membership:
Education Research and Development Association (ERDA) extends Honorary Membership opportunities to accomplished individuals, who have made significant contributions to academia, industry, and society at large, to join ERDA as Honorary Members. Their role within the organization is primarily advisory in nature.
It’s important to note that Honorary Membership within ERDA is distinct from our General Membership. Honorary Membership is a prestigious recognition and will be awarded to esteemed individuals, including but not limited to:
- Vice Chancellors and Pro Vice-Chancellors of Government and Non-government Universities.
- Deans, Directors, Principals, Professors, Heads of Departments at Government Institutions and Universities.
- Directors, CFOs, CEOs, COOs, Presidents, and other high-ranking officials of Private and Public Limited Companies
- Distinguished Bureaucrats
- Any other individuals who have achieved remarkable milestones in their respective fields
We kindly request the wider community to refrain from applying for Honorary Membership, as it is reserved for those who meet the aforementioned criteria. If you are interested in becoming part of ERDA, we encourage you to consider our Life Time Membership. It’s important to note that ERDA does not require any membership subscription, as we are committed to serving the community in every possible way.
If our philosophy resonates with your values and goals, we warmly welcome you to join our global community. Your expertise, experience, and dedication will undoubtedly enrich our organization, and we look forward to the opportunity to collaborate with you to further the cause of education and development.
Note: No membership fee is required to join ERDA.
