Only those members shall be eligible for this fellowship who are not availing \/ selected for any grant \/ fellowship \/ scholarship offer by any Government or Non-government Organisation. Age of the applicants should not be more than 28 years at the time of applying for this fellowship. Selection of candidate for this fellowship shall be based on the their approved research proposal \/ synopsis and publications. This is one time fellowship.
