Education Research and Development Association (ERDA) is a registered non-profit organization established in 2015 with a dual focus: to advance education and research across diverse disciplines, and to devise and execute strategies for fostering inclusive social development. Operating as a membership-based entity, ERDA boasts a widespread presence, drawing members from nearly all states and union territories within India. Additionally, ERDA proudly includes members hailing from more than ten foreign nations. ERDA envisions a world transformed by education, innovation, and compassion, where knowledge and empathy drive progress and uplift humanity. Its mission is to empower individuals and communities worldwide to create an enlightened, inclusive, and sustainable society through education, research, and philanthropy. ERDA’s core principles revolve around fundamental values such as Academic Integrity, Social Responsibility, Diversity, Solidarity, and Empathy. ERDA is committed to the triple bottom line: People, Planet, and Profit. Here, “Profit” does not refer to business ventures but rather our focus on contributing to the eradication of poverty within society. Although we are not yet in a position to fully address this issue, our team is diligently working towards finding constructive solutions to combat unemployment. We are confident that our efforts will lead to meaningful advancements in this area.
