ERDA conducts the Talent Search Examination to recognize and motivate outstanding Indian students. The examination covers a range of subjects within the faculties of Science and Technology, Commerce and Management, Humanities, and Social Sciences. It caters to students from the 7th grade to the post-graduate level, spanning both national and regional levels. Recognizing and encouraging excellence, ERDA awards certificates, trophies, and cash rewards to the first, second, and third rank holders in each exam category. Additionally, 10 consolation prizes are granted to meritorious students, and participation certificates are issued to all participants.
